Children must be age 5 on or before Sept. 1.

I believe my child is ready for kindergarten, but she/he won’t turn 5 until after September 1st. Is there a process for early enrollment?
Families may request an early enrollment screening where building administrators will consider allowing a child to enroll earlier than age 5. The deadline for early enrollment is August 17th. The screening process will occur in mid to late August. For more information, please contact the principal or assistant principal at your child’s future school via email.

What documents should I have available for registration?
A parent/guardian photo ID, the child’s birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency (such as a mortgage statement or lease document).

To begin the application process, please complete the RAPS Enrollment Form along with the School of Choice form from the list above.

When is Kindergarten Roundup?
Enrollment for kindergarten students who live outside the district are encouraged to participate in Kindergarten Roundup where they will receive additional information, including a School of Choice request form.
