2. In the "To" box, type or select: studenthelp@rapsk12.net

3. In the email, state your issues. Include a brief description of what you are seeing, error messages, school chromebook or personal device, and if necessary who was the teacher and what time did the issue occur.

A tech will respond to your message as soon as possible.
